Dear Valued Client,
kindly take the time to read the following carefully before subscribing to your Chefox Kitchen program:
1. Your Chefox Kitchen program is 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks depending on your subscription choice.
2. The Fees will be collected on the 1 st delivery day of your program, in cash, and by the delivery representative.
3. Delivery time is from 2 PM to 8 PM based on the area of distribution, we will give you an approximate delivery time estimate +/- two hours after the first delivery.
4. If the delivery representative doesn’t find anyone to receive the order, he won’t place the order at the door even if this is the client’s own request.
5. With every order delivery, you will receive your meals in Chefox Kitchen’s thermal bag, and by default, you should hand over the thermal bag received with your previous order delivery to the delivery representative. (Kindly note that a 500 EGP fee will be paid by the client in case any damage happens to the thermal bag).
6. As soon as you receive the order, kindly place it in the fridge immediately so it stays fresh.
7. At Chefox Kitchen we value your feedback & take your complaints very seriously, you are always more than welcome to contact us on 0100 178 7926 (Business hours: Saturday to Thursday from 11 AM till 6 PM).
8. Clients can update their meal plan maximum by Tuesday (3 days prior to the meal plan’s weekly start day). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Clients can change their delivery destination up to 2 days prior to the delivery date.
10. Clients can only change their bundles upon renewal.
11. Weekly subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
12. Monthly subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you can: • Freeze your subscription for up to one week. • Transfer your subscription to someone else (Delivery destination change).
13. We guarantee the quality of our products and their delivery in top condition, and we will immediately compensate for any food item or meal that was damaged, spoiled, or impaired as a direct result of preparing or delivering.
14. 5-Days subscriptions can start on Saturday or Sunday.
15. 6-Days subscriptions start on Saturday.
